There are three ways to meet the requirements for Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect and Introduction to Child Care Health and Safety training.
Online Independently
Take classes at your convenience, whenever you like.

Expect these classes to take 2-3 hours to complete. Record of your completion will be automatically entered in ORO. You can also save your certificate or print it out.
Online with Customer Support at CCR&R
MC offers open computer lab time to provide a space for child care providers to complete online trainings. If you need assistance using the website or computer, staff will be there to help. We also have computers available at our office for educator use.
Please note: we can help you with computer skills, but are not able to assist with the training itself.
